Stillman Real Consulting LLC maintains a cluster of portal failover sites. Each site has open source software available for download, as well as other content, and each portal failover site is hosted independently of each of the others to provide high-availability in case one of our webhost providers has an outage. Content is synchronized regularly so each independent portal failover site is the same as the others.
